Final movie

This is the final product. The final render was done during post production. Since we have started this project we have learned alot. The most important task to work out was actually how to work out the transitions betweeen the differences. ........
Software: ????
This project was done in 6weeks.

Shader test

We played around with the shaders and we manged to create one unique style. We decided its better if we use a painted/toon shader as opposed to an ordinary shader.

This shader helped us eliminate a lot of unusual deformation that we faced during the animation and rigging process. Also, it allowed us to play and control how the mesh is highlighted when the light contacts the shader.

Our previous shader was quite dull and made the model appear dead. However, ever since we updated it, we was happy with the outcome.

This is our previous shaders. We felt it gave the whole project a generic look and made the project look cheap.
That was something we planned to avoid at the pre-production stage.

Pep's shader was them most challenging because we didn't want to hand texture any part of him so multiples of shaders working together had to replace the hand textured.

Update 02

This is the rendered piece that we composited with the environment.
